One of our all time favourite steaks. Did you know there are only 2 flanks per beef? Add them when available. Flanks are typically marinated and then grilled or cast iron fast fry; however we find ours don’t even need the marinade! Salt, pepper, grill, rest, cut across the grain and serve. Each flank is about 675 gram.
